Doors open on Saturday October 28th at 7:00PM.  The event ends at 3:00AM on Sunday morning.  Ticket holders can enter the event until 1:00AM.

SCREAM is an 18+ event with a site wide alcohol license. All patrons entering the event will need to provide valid government issued photo identification.

All government issued photo identification presented must be valid – not expired! The following forms will be accepted for entry into BOMFEST:

• Alberta Operator’s License (Driver’s License)
• Out of province Photo Operator’s Licence
• Alberta Identification Card (Non-driver’s photo identification)
• Passport
• Armed Forces Identification Card
• Permanent Resident Card

The following forms of identification are NOT VALID for entry into BOMFEST:

• School Identification Cards
• Expired identification of any kind
• Birth Certificates
• Xerox copies of any identification

As long as you are holding a valid ticket that has not yet been scanned, you may enter until an 1AM.

General Admission (GA): Provides access to the event and all of its entertainment, including music acts and immersive experiences.

VIP Tickets: Offers an enhanced experience with exclusive perks like premium viewing areas, private bars, VIP restrooms, and expedited entry.

Hotel Packages: Bundles event tickets with accommodation, making it convenient for out-of-town guests.

Post Event Shuttles: Post-event shuttle tickets are available for attendees seeking a hassle-free ride home after SCREAM.

To get there, you can access the Edmonton Expo Centre via public transportation, with LRT (Light Rail Transit) stations nearby. Additionally, there’s ample parking available on-site for those driving to the venue, making it easily accessible for event-goers from all around the city.

Parking at the Edmonton Expo Centre is convenient and plentiful and available for $15 per vehicle. The venue provides ample on-site parking facilities to accommodate visitors attending various events, making it hassle-free to find a parking spot. 

Each parking ticket is valid for 24 hours. Guests can come to an Edmonton EXPO Centre event and leave their vehicles overnight for pick up within 24 hours of entering the lot without having to pay for a second day of parking.

YES! There will be a coat-check / bag check service as you enter the event for both GA and VIP guests.  Check the festival map (coming soon) to familiarize yourself with the location.

Please keep in mind that coat-check capacity may be limited.  Early arrival is recommended if you intend on using this service.  

Re-entry is not allowed at SCREAM to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. This policy helps event organizers maintain control over access to the venue and ensures that everyone inside can enjoy the event without disruption. It also helps maintain the integrity of ticketing and security procedures, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. While re-entry may not be possible, rest assured that SCREAM is designed to offer a fantastic and unforgettable experience throughout the event.

Credit, debit, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Android Pay will be accepted.

Our smoking area is carefully designated to ensure that everyone can enjoy the event while respecting local laws and regulations. It offers a comfortable and controlled environment where you can take a break, enjoy your smoke, and connect with fellow attendees. We prioritize the well-being and enjoyment of all our guests, and our smoking area is just one way we aim to create a positive and inclusive experience for everyone at SCREAM.

Personal quantities of Cannabis (maximum of 30g per person) are allowed onsite for consumption within the designated areas.  Cannabis products must be sealed, store-bought packaging. All seals must be unbroken. Due to the nature of the event.

Leaving SCREAM offers various transportation choices, but it’s essential to be prepared:

1. Uber & Taxis: Uber and taxis are readily available nearby. However, be aware of potential surge fares due to high demand. Additionally, expect longer wait times as many attendees will be leaving simultaneously after the event.

2. Our Shuttle Service: Our post-event shuttle service is designed for a hassle-free journey home. But remember, the shuttles depart at 3:20 AM sharp, so ensure you’re on time. Due to the large number of people leaving, there might be a short wait. You must book your shuttle ahead of time.

Regardless of your choice, please plan accordingly. Leaving extra time for transportation is wise, especially if you’ve used coat check. We want your SCREAM experience to end smoothly, so take precautions for a safe and convenient departure.
